Yes, through advance scheduling, our facility coordinates transportation for medical appointments.

Staffing varies based on the individual need of our residents and is adjusted accordingly.

The meals at Brownfield Rehabilitation and Care Center are prepared under the watchful eye of a Registered Dietician. Our menus, provided weekly by our Dietary Department, follow a liberalized philosophy, supported by the American Dietetic Association and the American Diabetes Association. Menus also provide alternative food choices as well as snacks. Therapeutic diets are also accommodated in line with your physician’s orders.

Yes, 24-hour nursing care is provided through licensed professionals and certified nurse aides.

We do not have a specialty unit.

While we do not have posted hours, we recommend visiting between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Other times may be accommodated and should be arranged in advance. To respect our residents’ privacy and schedules, we ask that visitors consider other residents when planning their visits.

Yes, we welcome visitors for meals anytime. We ask that you let us know ahead of time so that we can prepare for your guests.
